The national federations primarily handle tasks within their own sports at national level. At regional level they are organised in district federations that are typically in charge of tournaments, competitions and education. Also at the regional level are DIF’s county committees which handle the common interests of sport in relation to the county authorities, where especially the environment and physical planning are important issues. |
